  1. 12 Walking Lunges
  2. 12 Press Ups

  4. 12 Sits ups

  2. 20 Press up – shoulder Taps (from Press up position)
  3. 20 Squat Jumps
  4. 20 Reverse Curls

  1. 20 Burpee – 2x Lunge jumps
  2. 10 Handstand Push ups
  3. 5 wall walks
  4. 5 m Reverse Plank walking (from a dip position, hips high)
  5. 10 Pike sit ups

  1. 16 kettle bell swings
